Sarh - Centrafrique - Zongo: logistics?
 

Hi. It seems there are no people in Centrafrique. I have been looking for an English speaker there for 6 months. Could anyone advise: two 4x4s wish to cross from Sarh to Zongo and we would like to know
(a) the safest route (can be rural IE one that bypasses Bangui).
(b) which frontiers are open into/out of Centrafrique.
(c) where good diesel stops are.
(d) what papers are needed to enter Centrafrique & DRC.
(e) any dangers or warnings.
