hello,
after my accident in pakistan in january 2003, my operation in france, i m starting my world tour again on the same bmw r100gs pd, with more knowledge and experience.
i ll be in pakistan end of september 2003.
Then i plan to go to india, south east asia (essentially laos cambodia, other countries quickly), oz, nz, south america (because of the seasons, i plan to be in nz and south america end of 2003 beginning of 2004), central america,
africa finally france

hello
i read on the hubb about shipping
it looks easier and cheaper to send a bike from india to thailand from delhi than from calcutta

any different ideas or experiences ?
(i don t go to nepal nor bangladesh inbetween)

india went well, then nepal to ship the bike to bangkok
actually in bangkok, i will tour 4-5-6 months in se asia before shipping to australia.

from bkk, concerning the weather now, would you recommend to go first to cambodia or thailand ( i want to go to laos and cambodia then back thailand or the other way).
when is the real rainy season ?
for laos, cambodia, carnet is needed or they have an other procedure /
finally, vietnam, possible or not with a 1000 cc bike ?
if anyone has been to there, how are the roads like ?
