Hello there


Is riding a bike from alaska to russia possible? What is the connecting route over the sea?

my plan is to ride from toronto to new delhi. covering canada, russia, china, myanmar, india, nepal and to new delhi. Would you have any information regarding this route?

There is one route....bit cold, mind...also, only possible in a really cold winter!

Wait for the Bering Strait to freeze over and hope to survive....

There are people who have done it with modified military amphibian vehicles!

HOW TO GET YOUR BIKE AND YOURSELF FROM ALASKA (anchorage or any other port) to russia (magadan or any other port)

secondly which one is the safest (or most efficient ) border crossing in China?

can one ride bike through tibet in Nepal from china?

Virtually - but not quite - impossible. Do a search on the site for MAgadan and Alaska - you'll find some answers, most not good - the onlyshipper is extremely erratic - some years yes, some no. Normal route is via Japan and the ferry to Vladivostok.

No such thing. First thing is getting permission to cross in the first place - it will run you around US$100 a day for a full time guide. There is no other way except illegally.

No. Not legally.

MANY people ask about these routes, and all have spent enormous amounts of time trying - and less than a handful have done any of it.

Do a lot of searching and reading on the HUBB, it's all been asked and answered.
