In case you´re planning to do this with your own vehicle, then you have a relatively large issue with China.... Or maybe not, if you own a couple of oilfields, or have recently won a major prize in a lottery

Won´t be easy or cheap to do it! But you´re already in the right place: more or less everything you´ll need to know about it, is on this site.

Sadly not an oil sheik - limited oil reserves in South Wales - but you're right it would help ;-) I understand you may have to pay by province - just looking into this now.

Thanks :-) The plan is to stick to the more populated routes so hopefully not a problem. We shall see....

you say you will depart april 2012.As things happen so fast or change, ı think to early to make a plan for middle east, african and some west asian countries.
lets keep in touch. When your start time gets closer, we will tell you the up to date situation about riding in turkey and in neighbouring countries as we travel so often.

best wishes.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
