rainy season blues
hey all,
I'm headed to SA in september and driving up to Kenya. hopefully ariving in MAy. all i've been able to find in my endless searches is, hot/wet/cold with no real idea how wet or hot it gets. I may only have a 2wheel drive but may spalsh out 4 a 4x4 if it's deemed necessary. As January to May is the rainy season for most of the south east coast I'm wondering what places i should avoid due to peak rainy season.(more sepcificaly the main countries i'll be in are MOZ/ZIM/ZAMBIA/MALAWI/KENY) If you have any tips or a website suggestion i'm all ears. thanks for the help mike |

Hi Mike
Try this: http://www.worldclimate.com/ You have to decipher rainfall stats etc but it might help. I'm hoping to be in Kenya around May as well (coming in the other direction). Have fun! Simon
