I have entered some information from a trip that a buddy and I did a few years ago. I bet you can use the info to help your planning. We had a great time. Watch out for the cagers it is dangerous out there. Ride within your limits and ride defensively.
The mileage was accurate but the riding time was probably a bit slower add 1.5hrs to below times to be safe

I've never been to this country and I am considering travel here too. From your times and mileages it looks as though I can only expect to average about 30 miles per hour any where in the country. Is this correct? Thanks.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
