Left on my RTW Today from Edmonton, AB heading to Montana
 

After four weeks travelling in BC, went home to Edmonton after the Nakusp meetup I'm starting slow and in North America to start.

Anyone travelled highway 28 from Elmo, Montana to Hot Springs Montana? It looks like an interesting ride.

I am planning on spending some time in Glacier National Park, Columbia Falls, Kalispell, Elmo, Hot Springs then maybe onto Thompson Falls or else Missoula cross Idaho to Oregon and maybe Breitenbush?

If I wanted to head towards Wyoming from Missoula any suggestions for a route that would take me towards Wyoming? But not using the I90..

Any suggestions?

Try the Great Divide route ... south of Missoula.....into Lima...across to Ashton and then Rockefeller Parkway to Flagg Ranch and the Grand Tetons...then south and east along the Buffalo Valley road and Togowtee Pass toward Dubois....south up Union Pass south to Pinedale and then to Atlantic City and across the Great Basin to Rawlins.....
