Kurdistan on Motorcycle
 

Hello All,

A friend and I are planning to go from Iran through Kurdistan to Turkey on our F650s. I have a few questions that if anyone has up-to-date information it would be sweet:

1. Is the border with Turkey open?
2. Can we take bikes in easily?
3. Has anyone been and can give other advice?

2. yes, no problem
3. people are great there! Hospıtalıtz ıs just awesome!!!

We are on f 650 gs, as well:thumbup1:

But ıt wıll get verz cold, so better hurry up!

Yeah I know. It's bloody cold everywhere. I just wish you could have those heated handgrips on the seat!

One more thing - did you need to worry about an Iraqi visa at all?
