Hallo Ente,
Are you interested in Maya ruins? If yes, check out Palenque, Chichen Itza, and Tulum in Mexico, two of the best. Pass through Cancun quickly, a smile will not get you far there. You'll have to bring money. But go south via Belize, and drop in at Tical, a must see. Check out the ladies in El Salvador, reputedly the most beautiful in Central America (smile and bring money). Costa Rica is great riding country, no matter where you go. Air lift bike from Panama to Columbia, while there check out the Panama Canal. There you have it. Beside a smile, bring plenty of US$$$. These are more welcome than smiles.

Don't know about your time frame, but while in Guatemala at least you should visit Tikal (mayan ruins), Antigua Guatemala (Colonial City) and Lake Atitlan ("the most beautiful lake in the world")
