Half LWR and back
Hi all
My wife and I are planning a trip from Wales to Ulaanaater and back. Flying to North Wales to see my mum in March 2008. Then buying (most probably) a KTM990. Planing on going the 'low road' through the Ukraine, Kazakhstan (Almaty) up to Ulaanbaatar; then come back via the high road, Omsk, Ufa, Moscow, St Petersburg, down the coast back to Wales. Would like to stop and climb Mr Elbrus on the way. I figure 3 months round trip. Any comments or suggestions? Anyone want to tag along? Regards Michael & Colleen |
