georgia or azerbaijan to russia
 

Is it possible to cross into Russia from Azerbaijan or Georgia?
THe information I can find seems to suggest non russian nationals cannot cross.
I am travelling eventually to Belarus then home to Ireland
I know I can get a ferry from Georgia to Ukraine but would prefer to avoid the ferry and go through Russia. John
