Hi, very interesting, I see us poor Bastards in the UK aren't far behind at 1.36 to Uraguays 1.42, still at least when I fill up on my impending trip (7 days and counting) all will seem cheap compared to home.

They missed counting Libya, where gas costs about .08 euro (point oh eight) a litre. Water, however, is expensive there, about one euro a liter.
