First Big Trip, advise please on Visa's etc
Hi All,
We are planning on leaving the UK in May 2013, we have no time constraints, but could some people offer some advise? Below is a list of countries we are travelling through, in order we will be travelling. We are travelling in a 4x4 car and it is me and my girlfriend. England (Boat To Netherlands from Hull) Holland Germany Denmark Sweden Norway Sweden / Nordkapp Finland Russia (To Volograd) Kazakhstan Russia Mongolia Russia (From Chita to Magadan, ROB) Back accross russia to Ukraine (This is were our plan ends, when we are back in Europe we will then review funds and see were to go, possibly onto africa but thats another story) Whats the best place to buy visa's for russia? I'll need multi-entry business Visa What about Visa for Mongolia and Kazakhstan? I cant find much concrete info on this Were Can I buy Local maps for Russia, Mongolia, Kaz? Any estimated duration of the trip? Then anything I need to know? Anything I shouldn't miss etc?  Basically fill me full of information please!

The search function (top right on every page, including this one) now works real well. Please use that and also browse the Northern Asia and Trip Paperwork forum. There'll be 10s of useful threads. After you've done that, please ask any specific questions for which you genuinely can't find an answer.
