Starting point will be somewhere in Indonesia. passing through Sinapore , mainland malaysia Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Bangladesh, India then?????

This is an idea I am exploring and in doing so am thinking of ways to by pass the turmoil of the Middle easr without the expense of travel in China.

To avoid Pakistan, Afganistan and Iran the obviuos route is a West Indian port by boat to Muscat.

Now here I have encountered a bit of a challenge in that I have tried to mail shipping agents, including the giant GAC, in India and have so far been ignored.

Has anyone any ideas?

Yep: you probably will have to find a way to by-pass Burma. But once you get to India (or Nepal, or Bangladesh), then riding all the way to Europe shouldn´t be impossible. There are no international ferry-routes going anywhere from India (except maybe to Sri Lanka).
