Eastern Turkey in four weeks

Hello fellow riders,

I would really like to discover the beauty of (north) Eastern Turkey only I am pressed for time for my starting-point is Amsterdam and I have about four weeks.. I have no problem using the motorway (auobahn/autostrada) for the first part of the journey to save time and the route I have in mind is to a southeast Italian Ferrycrossing to Greece (he quickest crossing) through to the Turkish border. From there on I will take it slower heading east hugging the black sea coast to Trabzon and beyond if possible.
Does anyone think this is too rich let alone doable and does anyone have tips/advice for this trip and specific route?!
I ride a Kawasaki Vulcan 800 classic which is most comfortable at highwayspeeds at around 120 km/hr (75 mph)

Thanks in advance, Rob

If time is tight, I'd suggest you ride to Ancona in Italy, take the overnight FastFerry (bring you own ratchet straps!) that takes you to Igoumenitsa, ride through beautiful Greece and into Turkey.
