Eastern Europe

Hi All

I am planning for a 4 week ride by end of May across eastern europe from Switzerland. I have planned my routes to some extend. I require few information about the places of interest in Romania, Moldova and Ukraine. I have tried to look in lonely planet but few information from bikers are more worth than a guide book

My Planned routs fo far

Italy

Lugano --->Milan--->Pisa--->Rome---> Bari

Croatia

Bari ---> Dubrovnik (Ferry)

Montenegro

Dubrovnik--->Herceg Novi---> Kotor---> jaz Beach---> Bar --->Durmitor

Bosnia

Durmitor ---> Sarajevo

Serbia

Sarajevo---> Tara---> Gamzigrad---> Celekula NIS

[B]After serbia I am planning to Ride

Romania---> Moldova---> Ukraine---> Poland ---> Slovakia

Few information about these 5 countries would be of a great help.

From slovakia i will be going to budapest and vienna.

Mostly I am planning to camp. It would be helpful, if i could get information about camping sites , border crossing and places of interest on the way.

Prem,
That's a lot of questions in one post and when there are a lot of issues at one go it puts off a lot of people from attempting an answer.

If you look in the forum called "Europe" and check back through the postings you will find quite a bit of information about individual countries - there you can ask if the information doesn't answer you at first.
+ there are blogs in the trip reports that cover many areas - some will be about Europe.

For camp site information, that can depend on if you aim to use a GPS - there is a load of stuff about this in navigation/maps/compass or whatever that forum is correctly called.
Also, there is a section about "bike friendly, Europe" - worth a look.

:welcome: here by the way - a first post!
