Borderarea RUS-PL-LT

As you can see in OpenStreeMap there is a small road crossing the borderline between LT and PL close to RUS (Kaliningrad).

My question ist not concerning authorities :tank: (in fact there won´t be a checkpoint because of Schengen-EU bier ) but I would like to know if this road is really accessible and open for public traffic: :scooter: :wheelchair: :scooter:

Haven't ride that but according Google Earth that should be possible.
Mapsource don't show that it's going trough.
