I looked at your route. Since you omitted Morocco and Algeria, I think that you should have no problems. Libya: They could be tricky. Even having a visa does not guarantee you entry. But it's a first step.
My advice: Get all your visas before leaving home. Saves you a lot of hassles.
Tip: Get copies of the Lonely Planet travel guides for the countries you plan to visit. They give you ideas what you want to see.
