3 week motorcycle trip from Chicago to San Francsico

We want to see the Grand Canyon and stay a few days in Las Vegas. We are booking also some days in S.Franciso at the end. What do you think? Is it too much?
Comments, thoughts and suggestions on what to see or skip are very welcome. Also, any tips from fellow bikers will be greatly appreciated, this is gonna be our first big motorcycle trip ;)

Looks like a great trip! The last bit (after #11) I´d consider hitting the coast instead, to be able to ride even some parts of the great highways 1 & 101. The Big Sur area on the coast south of Frisco is surely worth a visit, although there is often fog, which might block the great views!

Or if you´ll stick to your plan, then Yosemite National Park and Lake Tahoe are nearby, and might also be worth a detour.
