IRAN/AZERBAIJAN - No Visa issues

As I have been reading a lot of different sides when it comes to Visas for both Iran and Azerbaijan ,I decided to add this post.
In Tiblisi Georgia I face absolute not one issue in getting both of my Visas.
Iranian one took me 3 Days and 50euro(Greek Passport)
No need for travel agent or other in between.
Azerbaijan 2 days for Transit Visa and 20 US$
No letter or anything else from the stories I read on line.

In both I got there by myself applied and got my Visas.

I've just come through Pakistan and had no trouble at all. You'll be escorted from the border to Quetta then probably to Sukkur too. There's not a lot to see from Quetta to Lahore but the KKH is fantastic! But it'll be pretty cold and full of snow by then time you get there if you're on your way now though.
I'm in Iran now heading to Turkey in a few days
Cheers
Mark

Hello there Fishernz
Thank you for your replay. If possible can you give me any more info on the crossing.
If I understand well you did it the opposite way but your info is still gold.
I had planned to ship the car from Dubai direct to India and that will cost me a lot so
I am very keen on the option of crossing Pakistan.
Please send me any feed back here on on info@overlanddiaries.com

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
