Nice write up, we did the same trip almost but in the opposite direction with more time in Italy and France, well recommended!

Just read the dolomite blog, pity you spoiled it with the quip about weeken warrior, we all ride bikes myself have a harley amongst others and the yearly mileage i do would make yours look like a weekend warrior.

Nice trip, don't suppose you have a google map / sat nav coordinates or similar of the trip have you? I know I could just look at a map but sounds like you had some good roads there. |
