My travels to Bolivia, Chile, Perú & Brasil.

Hello everyone, before nothing, apologize for my bad English, but I wanted to share my travels in this forum because I feel very identified.

My name is Luke, I have 21 years, I live in Córdoba, Argentina. I have a Yamaha YBR 125cc and she knew several parts of South America.

In January 2011, I arrived at Machu Picchu (Perú), located 3500km from my city, and by going over roads of too much mountain of 5000 mts on the sea level.

Went over Bolivia, by enjoying your beautiful landscapes, and visiting the world's largest salt flat, Salar de Uyuni. Also cross the Andes in Chile, where he had a temperature of -20ºC.

In January 2012, I went to enjoy the beaches of southern Brazil in Florianopolis, located 3000km from my city. On my return, I met one of the 7 wonders of the world, Iguazú Falls.

What's different about my trip is my little bike, all are surprised to see me ride in it.

My next destination? In the coming months, I will travel to North America and then fly to Europe and continue traveling. I hope we can share ways, because I always travel alone.

Hi Luke,

Excellent pictures! I will be in South America in the latter part of 2013, the scenery looks amazing! I can't wait to get there.

Good luck with your travels. Ride safe.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
