Deadhorse to Ushuaia 2011
 

Did the Deadhorse thing in August. Went back to Reno and then started south on 30 September. Am now in Panama City, Panama waiting to ship the bike to Bogota, Colombia on Tuesday. $902 cash on Girag.

The goal is to be in Ushuaia by 14 December.

Shipping bike from Panama to Bogota
 

Went out to Girag Air Cargo this morning and started the process at 10:00. Finished by noon. $902 cash. Bike on pallet so was able to leave on the windshield mirrors, panniers, etc. They checked the panniers and made me remove half a quart of oil in a plastic bottle. I then locked the panniers, put the bike in neutral and took the key. They issued the Airway Bill and we were on our way.
The bikes will go out Tuesday morning. We fly to BOG on Wednesday.
