Bloody great. Enrique speaks English and fixes motorbikes better than God.
And you can smoke in the shop. Can't remember the address but if you go to Honda.cl, click on "concessionaries", you'll get a map of Chile. Click on Valdivia and you'll get address/phone no/email etc. Anyway it's on the main road into town, on the left. (Unless you're coming from Niebla).

I would like to second the praise and recommendation of the ESR Motos crew -
* Enrique made time and space for me on the same day I called at the shop * Mechanic Alejandro serviced my bike in such a meticulous and caring way, it was an absolute pleasure to watch * Both went beyond the call of duty, checked the bike thoroughly, fixed bits and pieces when necessary, gave me a lot of good advice and the offer to contact them should I ever need help while in South America. Top guys - Alejandro and Enrique with my bike in their workshop  The shop front from the Avenida Ramón Picarte - with Juan, the third member of the ESR Motos team  And here is a map of the location. ¡Muchas gracias por toda su ayuda y amabilidad!
