If you need to service your bike, or need new tyres or parts while riding the Dolomites in north Italy, I recommend the Moto Sport Nierdermayr in Bolzano, this guys has a huge Kawazaki dealership and an awesome and well equipped garage. Mechanics are extremely friendly and helpful, really cool guys. I had my tyres replaced there, they did a great job.
