Is there a bike shop in Trondheim, Norway
Anyone know of a bike shop in Trondheim, Norway. I'm travelling around on a BMW1200GS and have a slightly wobbly front wheel. Just want to check it out and will be in Trondheim in a few days.

I went to the BMW dealer for repairs on recommendation of someone-or-other. They were friendly and moderately competent, although I'd definitely keep my eye on whoever does the actual work (per normal practice). They had a great time making fun of my KLR, told me I was crazy for riding it in the first place, and tried to sell me a US$40,000 1200GS. I politely declined.
Campground east of town is easily found and friendly enough if you're trying to save money. Nothing comes cheap in northern Norway.

Oh dear. I wasn't expecting that to happen!
I went to the BMW dealers in Trondheim. Very friendly and helpful people by the way.
They diagnosed my main problem as rear bearings which needed replacing and a crack in the (new) front tyre (Avon Distanzia) So I needed a new tyre as well. Total bill came to over £700. 
I knew Norway was going to be expensive.....

If predicting repair (and parts) costs, you'd definitely shop in southern Norway rather than the north, in Sweden rather than Norway...but the Swedes and Norwegians all head to Germany to shop for parts and tires, so keep that in mind.
Being from the States, I think German prices are too high as well, but that's another story.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love.
