Good guy in Cairo!
Admittedly our Transalp didn't have a major problem(only needed the carbs cleaned and balanced plus other minor things) but Mohammed Anwar certainly did a good job of this. We almost got the idea that he was dissapointed that there wasn't anything more serious wrong with it!
By the sound of it he is the main man in Cairo to work on Japanese bikes, but he also worked on another guy's BMW R1200 successfully in the past. He is also a very nice guy, although his English is very basic. If stuck in Cairo, he might be the man to help you! Mohammed Anwar Mobile: 010 145 4849 Hope this is of any use to someone. Namsa.
