Pelican case

My previous camera was destroyed by the vibration during years of bike travels. Now I have a new Canon EOS 500 N with two lenses and a lot of filters.
To protect it I bought a Pelican 1400 case. Two days ago, traveling from Curico, Chile, to Bariloche, Argentina, in Lautaro, a little town, someone didn't stop in a Stop signal, crushing me. Mi bike, Honda Africa Twin, was serious injured, me a little, but my camera didn't be injured anyway the case have a lot of deep scratches.
I recomend Pelican cases very much because I get the experience in the hard way.

Regards,

Jose

I'm in 100% agreement. I've been using one for a few years. Not a leak yet. Luckily I haven't had to test the crash protection.
