North Cape to Cape Agulhas (South Africa)
 

A couple of years ago I met a Polish cyclist in Khartoum who had cycled from Cairo. Khartoum was the end of his journey, and we have kept in touch since.

He's recently sent me a link to the blog of another Polish cyclist, who is cycling from North Cape to South Africa.
He's been on the road for a while now, taking the Middle East route (Syria last year) and East Africa. He's now in Tanzania, via a loop around Lake Victoria. So he's not taking the direct route!
