Russia custom declaration form

If someone is going to Russia you might find it usefull that you can now print Custom declaration form before you go to custom and fill it.

You can find PDF form from Russia Custom pages here from this link
http://www.customs.ru/common/img/upl...claration7.pdf

Remember to print it as two sided print.

When you:

Enter Russia you have to have two custom declaration form filled. You get one form signed by Russian Custom for you (you need this when you exit country)

When you exit Russia you need to fill one custom declaration form when you leave country and one custom declaration form signed by custom what you got as your piece when you entered country.

I will soon add filling information what to put/write to Custom Declaration form when you enter and exit country to my webpage.

Thanks for that, Tirpse. Good find.

That saves me keeping my supply of blank forms in London!
But they are presumably useless as the form is different.

No doubt there will be an English version as with the previous one.

For the last year or so you no longer get a Customs Temporary Import Certificate for vehicles.
They are identified on the Customs Declaration Form you kept while in RUS by a bar-coded sticker with vehicle details. This must be carried with the vehicle and produced at Roads Police checks and surrendered on exit.

Hah just filled one this morning. With the bike they only wanted me to fill in the bike details. Not what I had with me.

Painful as it meant filling it in again.

Anyway here is a current link http://eng.customs.ru/images/stories...es/english.pdf

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
