Tajik visa processing time and LOI in Tashkent

Hi, anyone got their Tajik visa in Tashkent recently?

I was planning to get my Tajik visa in Tashkent pretty fast, as LP states it can be done in 1 day. But now I read in some posts, that it might take 1 week. This will be a big problem for me, so if anyone has gotten a visa in Tahskent recently, I would be very happy to hear current visa processing time. Can you get express visa for a fee maybe? oh, and is LOI still not needed?

I am from Denmark.

Thanks a lot
Michael

Another option if you pass either of these 2 on route as i have been to both Tajik embassys

Bishkek 1-2 days max =about 100usd

Istanbul 1 hour= about 40 usd but need a passport size photo and just hand write a letter saying why you want to visit

And dont forget to ask for GBAO visa for Pamirs as its seperate visa

Thanks guys, but I will be comming from Georgia. So the only 2 Tajik embassies I will pass, is the one in Baku and Tashkent. I probably dont have time to get it in Brussels before going, so was hoping Tashkent might do it fast
Or does anybody know about the one in Baku maybe?

Appreciate the help
Michael

To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
