Russian Visa for an American in Eastern Europe
 

Alright, I have dealt with two different Russian consulates thus far, in Romania and Austria, spent some cash with agencies, and still I have nothing to show for my efforts. If there is any way, aside from shipping my passport back to the U.S.(with should not be compulsory), to get this done please let me know. I don't mind employing an agency, however, I don't wish to waste any more money either. At this point I am willing to take a transit visa just to get me to Mongolia and I'll worry about the rest once I get there.
