Hi Roman

Me and my pal Mark were on a RTW from UK. We went westwards. We shipped to Baltimore from UK then got a container from Seattle to Vladivostok.

Yuri can also deal with both shipping to Vladivostok and from Vladivostok.

Does anybody have a rough cost of shipping from Vlad to Australia? and/or cheaper alternatives? would need a standard 20ft container.

This thread should be made a sticky as its likely to hold some of the most often asked questions!

My friends shipped there car in a 20 feet container to Australia in late 2008. It was very expensive. I think they said around 5000 to 6000 USD. The agents in Australia are very expensive. Vladivostock I heard the agent is around 1500 USD, so also expensive. (Compared with the one in Bangladesh which charged me 100USD what I already found way to expensive for the things he did...)

If anybody has recent informations about the shipping and handling costs please post.

TaTa, greetings from Moscow
