kazakhstan visa in st petersburg, uzbekistan in moscow?
 
i will be in st petersburg next week and moscow the following and would like to get kazakhstan and uzbekistan visas.

as an australian national it seems i don't need an LOI for kazakhstan, but i do for uzbekistan.

can anyone suggest where to obtain said LOI?

what are the likely turn-around times for the LOI and visas in each city?
