and the pics are all re-sized small (<500kb).
: $4. Out in two minutes with a receipt. Go to the office, guy in the left booth copies my passport and visa, prints out a form, does not want any money and directs me to the third booth. There I am told to come back the next day at 10am. Pleaded to get it on the same day to no avail. No problem, happy to get one in the first place. He said it it gives access to 7 areas.
