Getting registration documents from Japan
 

Hello all!
I have just imported two Honda Bros from the UK into Norway. They were grey imported into the UK in 2002.
The DVLA registration documents following the bikes are not sufficiently detailed for me to register the bikes here. The DVLA documents don`t list HP, lenght, weight etc.
So the question is, who (Japaneses DVLA equivalent) do I contact in Japan?
I can provide the frame numbers, and hopefully there will be a document with the necessary information on it available from the institution.
The documents must be in direct reference to the frame numbers so website specs are not sufficient.
I tried to look at Honda`s japanese website for e-mail addresses, but couldn`t figure out any contact. The international Honda website is pretty useless in this matter I`m afraid.
Contact information would be much appreciated for both Honda & japanese DVLA!
