i tried to get in touch with fkk-air in fushiki, but it seem s to be impossible. neither got any answer to my email nor did anyone spoke enalgish wehn i called them. so, does anyone knows how i can book the very out of japan?

Just get someone (who speaks Japanese) to call for you when you reach Japan. You won't have any probelm finding Japanese speakers when you area here! No need to make reservations so far in advance.
Euras Tours in Tokyo ( http://www.euras.co.jp/en/ ) seems to handle ferry tickets, though I don't have any personal experience with them. Their website is in English.
