Cheapest transport Tokyo to Vladivostok
 

Can anyone help me find a company,(Ferry or Airline) to take us from Tokyo to Vladivostok. We are shipping our bikes from Sydney to Vlad next year and the Airlines charge like wounded bulls to fly from Sydney to Vlad. A flight to Tokyo is very cheap. All we need is to find out how to get from tokyo to Vladivostok cheaply.

Do you mean you do not want to temporary import your bikes and ride in Japan? You just want to transfer to another means of transport in Tokyo?
I don't know if it would be any cheaper, but it will save you a lot of time and hassle if you just get a Carnet and ride to Fushiki port in Toyama Prefecture.
There is a (usually) weekly ferry to Vlad from Fushiki port.
