Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced hotel/hostel in Almaty with secure parking for a car as Valentina Guest house is booked up

Try the Zhetisu.
Central location,

Its on the corner of Makataeva street with the Ablay Khan street.
A basic soviet style hotel.
I paid 4000t for a room with toilet but the shower is on the corridor. They have rooms with shower.
The Park is secure.
