what to do once in Canada

As a visitor I can temporarly bring my motorbike to Canada even without that ominous approuving sticker. But then does the vehicle have to be checked for roadworthiness or do I have to register temporarly?
Any fines/problems if the above is omitted?
Any insurances included with registration (eg 3rd person or 3rd party)?
and how about quarantine? any more than shipping the bike clean?

I finally contacted the Sunrisegroup in Florida per phone, they have a new E-Mail adresse: sunrisegroup@bellsouth.net, they could send me the applicationform and the creditcardform per e mail as an attachement (they just installed it for me) and I could fax it to them (needs signature)and got it sent to my embassy in Vancouver. Perfect! An addition: at the airport an officer of the food and agriculture departement wanted to see the motorbike first, they went there imediately, charged 46 $Can for that and after this customs was just formal. only with their allowance the warehouse can give it to you.
