Motorcycle parking/storage and overnight in Flastaff, Arizona

Elisa and I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where we offer a place to stay and long or short term motorcycle parking. We are currently at our ranch in Flagstaff, Arizona and welcome any international over landers to visit. We have toured 6 South American (20,000 K) countries on two bikes, an XR250 Honda Tornado and an NX400 Honda Falcon and would like to hear of your travels.

As we are fixing up the ranch and interviewing for a new tenant, those traveling on limited funds are welcome to overnight in exchange for helping out with the maintenance: painting, construction, chores etc.

We also offer a great place to work on your bike. Limited tools are also available. The ranch is a great place to stay while waiting for those new parts to arrive, or just seeing the local sights and meeting the locals.

We will be in Flagstaff, Arizona until last week of August 2008, when we will return to our flat and parking garage in Buenos Aires.

Longer term motorcycle parking can be arranged at the ranch in Flagstaff as we have a very safe and secure, dry barn where we park our 4 X 4s. Flagstaff is in the mountains of Arizona (7000 ft) and approximately 450 miles from Los Angeles.

Thanks for allowing me, a Buenos Aires, Argentina HU community member, to post here. Private message us for GPS and Tel numbers. Xfiltrate

As one residing in the extreme, continuous heat of the southern desert of Arizona, it would be well worth getting up to Flagstaff, I can assure anyone here. Plus, it puts you in the crossroads of the Grand Canyon, Canyon de Chelly, Monument Valley, and the southern Utah scenic places; all within a few hours' ride from Flagstaff.

Thanks for promo

Yuma Simon, ride on up. We will be here till the end of August. yes, we have staged for Colorado River trips (rafts) at the ranch for years. We put in at Lee's Ferry and rafters floated to Phantom Ranch and hiked up or did the two week float to Peace Springs.

It is pleasant here. Come on up and stay with us for a while. An old friend from Latvia, right now, is visiting and we will be having tango and salsa milonga here on the dance floor at the world famous "Spy Bar," a very private bar where rumor has it real spies from more than 13 countries have had a or perhaps a martini.

Thanks again and come on up. xfiltrate

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
