Riverside to Vegas ???

Can somebody share a route from Riverside area to Vegas through dirt roads? It would my first experience of this kind so I'm looking for an easy route with not so challenging roads. Or if anybody knows of any similar route in the area I would appreciate the info. I've been riding on paved roads for quite some time but I now want to explore the back roads.

You may have luck posting your request on Adv Rider. They have a Regional Forums and you could request information on their Southwest USA section. Here is a link. West – California, the desert southwest and whatever is left - ADVrider

If you web search motorcycle dealers in southern California, they may help you find local off road clubs that could help. You may have to piece the route together getting information from various sites. Maybe you will be the first.

I know a photographer that does filming for race teams in the desert there who might be able to help. PM me because I do not wish to post his email address on an open forum.

Not to direct people away from us did you try to contact a HU Community in LA to Vegas ? Try that way first.

The information is out there so I will try and help the best I can. But I am on the other end of the country.

All the best

Thanks for the info. I'll try to find the info the way you mention.
Ride safely and throw me a line if you come to S. California.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
