Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events such as this one (18 this year!); we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, the HUBB or
to receive the e-zine. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and

I am planning on riding to the Horizons Unlimited meeting in Leadville, Colorado in July. It will be a 1,000 mile ride from Houston,
and I'm really looking forward to getting out of here. I already know that it will be difficult to head back.
Just wondering if anyone else has plans to go also?
Were also going to the H.U. Leadville meet. Leaving Oklahoma City on July 1 and making it an eleven day trip. Leadville is a great location with an awsom pass at our door step. I cannot think of too many better places in Colorado to have the meet. Bring a warm sleeping bag if your camping.
I'll be leaving on Tuesday, July 4th and will be there Wednesday evening, or Thursday morning, depending on how long it takes me to get through 100 degree west Texas. I'll be camping, so I will have to carry gear for 100 degrees as well as freezing temperatures. I'll be on a black R1150GS-Adventure. Look forward to meeting you there.
