my name is axel (32 years old), since 2006 i am on a RTW tour.... to finace my dream, i have to work on my way.... i will stay a year in canada... i ve got working visa...and i am looking for a longterm paid job somewhere on the westcoast of canada ( BC or Alberta ) my career on this trip> pakistan: callcenter thailand: bartender australia: roadhouse odnadatta track nursery south australia fruitpicking / prunning south australia fruitpicking tasmania newzealand: reception in a backpacker cleaning auckland argentina: translations my normal job in germany is logistics....transportplanning i worked for a trucking company ( 4 years ) and for a container shipping compony ( 3 years ). i will be fully registered in canada...taxfile no...etc so, if you have any kind of job to offer or need some help in your business, pls let me know....i will be more than happy to help you out! Axel, bad timing with the economy. However Calgary is still a great place to find a job and work - AND RIDE. Vancouver is a nice place and may have more jobs in your field, but its more expensive and not as easy to save money vs. Calgary or Edmonton.
Not sure if the Tar Sands are still running as strong, but if your are willing to live in the far north (Fort McMurray) there use to be many high paid jobs there. In my opinion I would look at Calgary or Vancouver. |
