Can anyone recommend a place to stay in Whitehorse that`s not too expensive!

Beez Kneez Bakpakers Hostel, about $30.00 a night for a dorm bunk, $65.00 for a private room but be advised to reserve well in advance. Other than that, try the Stratford Hotel. I was there 2 summers ago. Cheapest I could find in town @ $80.00 US per night

Cheap = Camping
Whitehorse has a city run campground that was quite nice when we went through a couple of years ago.

+1 for the campsite, camping will be your cheapest option, think it was about $16 in 2007.

Thanks folks! Tried the Backpackers place - looked good but was full:thumbdown:!! In a hotel at the moment - depending how long it takes to get new tyres sorted, might check out the camp site later.
