The last I will ask about routing for a while.....

Okay when I am in Tam (alg) and want to go to Libia and then to Egypt, which borders are open and doable for a first timer.

What is the max distance whithout petrol refills?

You'll have to go back north to Tunisia and cross at Ras Adjir - it's the only way in to Libya from the west for tourists.

Is it really true that I can cross Tunisian border in Taleb Larbi on my way back to Europe and that they give me some temporary visa - transit maeybe on that border ?
