Great Eastern Erg
 

Hi there,

Having done this years Plymouth - Banjul challenge in a rusty LHD rangie, my appetite for some more Saharan travel is well and truly wetted, but on this next adventure I've got to take the wife!

I'm thinking of doing the Sahara Travel's October tour of the Great Eastern Erg in my own slightly newer Rangie as a way of gently introducing the other half to Saharan adventuring and would be grateful if someone could answer a couple of questions:

a, Are they any good, has anyone travelled with them before? I chose them 'cos they were in the back of Chris Scott's excellent book.

b. Do you need a carnet for Tunisia?

What is their web site I was thinking of going to Morocco in the fall but I hear that tunisia is also a great destination.

No Carnet required for Tunisia.
