entering Libya with an Afghani visa
 

I'd like to visit Libya, but keep hearing unofficial stories that they will refuse entry to anyone with an Afghanistan visa (regardless of when it was issued). Does anyone have first hand experience with this?

I tried contacting the Libyan embassy to get an official statement but they never reply to emails, and don't answer their phone either.
