Is this a stupid question, but where can I get Roads of Russia 5.13?

Is that the Garmin Map?

Garmin maps for Kazakhstan
Could you please upload the file again to the rapidshare. I am trying to download the file, but it says that it is late and the file was deleted. I would appreciate that very much. Also a question: what cities are in the map or is it whole Kazakhstan?
What about locations by address?
