Pietrasanta + Google Maps
Going to Pietrasanta, Italy and surrounding area. On what device and with what service would I be able to use Google maps in Pietrasanta, Italy? Surely Europe has it set up similiar to the US where customers buy seperate data and phone plans? I need just the data plan from a local cell phone company to use on a handheld device for Google Maps.
Im asking because I've heard varied stories about the reliability and accuracy of GPS units in Italy. I want something that I can walk with and that will get me anywhere. Or back to anywhere. Thanks, Roger
